Refunds Policy

At Prinsloo Co (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to delivering services of the highest quality and ensuring our clients are satisfied with the final product. Due to the nature of our digital services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. General Policy
Our services involve significant time and expertise. As such, we do not offer refunds on services that have already been completed and delivered to the client. Payment for a service constitutes acceptance of the final product.
2. Client Satisfaction & Revisions
Our primary goal is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a completed project, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
- All our services include up to two (2) rounds of revisions to address any errors, omissions, or concerns based on the original project brief.
- Requests for revisions must be made within seven (7) business days of receiving the completed work.
- Revisions do not cover changes to the original scope of work. New requirements may be treated as a new project and quoted separately.
3. Project Cancellation
- Cancellation by Client: If you choose to cancel a project before work has commenced, any deposit paid will be refunded in full, less a 5% administrative fee. If work has already commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, and you may be billed for the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Cancellation by Prinsloo Co: In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your project, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund of any payments made for the incomplete work.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable failure to meet the agreed-upon project specifications or gross negligence on our part.
